Return Policy


Outcast Distribution

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Outcast Distribution is committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and efficient return process for our wholesale customers and distribution partners. Please review the policy below to understand our return eligibility requirements and procedures.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition
  • Be undamaged and in resalable condition
  • Have been purchased directly from Outcast Distribution
  • Receive prior approval from an authorized Outcast Distribution representative

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Outcast Distribution is not responsible for changes to local, state, or federal laws and regulations that may affect the sale of our products. We will not accept returns solely because legal restrictions in your jurisdiction prohibit the sale or resale of certain items. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products they purchase comply with applicable laws and regulations in their location.

Restocking Fee & Pricing Adjustment

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise authorized by management in writing.

Additionally, all accepted returns will be credited at the current market value price of the product at the time the return is processed. This market value may be lower than the original purchase price. Any credit issued will reflect the current market value, less the applicable restocking fee and any other authorized deductions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless deemed defective upon inspection:

  • Opened or damaged products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Discontinued products
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request
    Contact your sales representative or email Sales@outcastllc.com with the following:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) being returned
    • Reason for return
    • Photos
  2. Approval & RMA Issuance
    Return requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Return Shipment

  • Clearly label the RMA number and the assigned Sales Representative’s name on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the return to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Outcast Distribution.

Inspection & Credit

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Approved returns will be processed as:

  • A credit memo applied toward future purchases, or
  • A refund upon request (less the 15% restocking fee, market value adjustment, and any applicable deductions)
